Rajesh Shah
Co-Founder
Rajesh Shah boasts of a sprawling career that spans over 40 years and encompasses an array of roles within the sales landscape. As a seasoned entrepreneur, he is proficient in conceptual selling. Over these four decades, he has contributed to pioneering innovations across telecommunications, office automation, computer peripherals, networking hardware and software, as well as ERP solutions, significantly contributing to the market’s advancement.
Rajesh Shah has established proficient sales teams, fostering the growth of robust Dealer and Business Partner networks. He has successfully engaged with over 400+ manufacturing companies across India, who are also esteemed clients, have benefitted from SourcePro’s ERP product. Rajesh Shah’s educational foundation comprises a degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, enriched by a Certificate Course in Computer Programming pursued during the early 1980s.
Ameet Desai
Director
Ameet Desai brings over 35 years of experience across corporate finance, investment strategy, and business leadership. He is also the Founder of Anubhuti Advisors LLP, advising businesses on strategic and financial matters. During his tenure with the Adani Group, he served as Executive Director and Group CFO, playing a key role in capital market activities, including leading two IPOs. He has extensive experience across treasury, investment management, and corporate finance, and also led portfolio management at the Adani Family Office.
Earlier, as Global Head of M&A and Business Planning at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., Ameet led cross-border acquisitions across Japan, Germany, the US, and France, along with strategic partnerships and divestments. He also held P&L responsibility and contributed to the company’s strategic direction as part of the executive committee.
Ameet holds a BBA from Sardar Patel University and an MBA from the University School of Management, Ahmedabad. He has also attended executive programs at The Wharton School and Harvard Business School. At SourcePro, Ameet Desai brings a strong governance perspective and financial insight, supporting the company’s long-term vision and scalable growth.
Dipan Trivedi
Engineering Head
Dipan brings over two decades of experience in leading technology initiatives across diverse business environments. He has spent 15+ years designing, developing, and delivering customized manufacturing ERP solutions. Previously, Dipan spent nearly 20 years at SourcePro in senior technical roles. He played a key part in solution architecture, database design, and delivery management. His deep understanding of manufacturing processes helped translate complex requirements into scalable enterprise systems.
Moreover, Dipan has worked closely with stakeholders at every level—from end-users to top management. This gives him a unique ability to align technical delivery with real-world expectations. As Engineering Head, he now oversees SourcePro’s product engineering roadmap. He also guides cross-functional teams and ensures timely, high-quality ERP delivery in line with customer goals.
